We will guide you through focused deep belly breathing during this session. We start by addressing your neck, shoulders and arms to release any tension and knots. Then we will use long Swedish strokes and pumping of the whole body's lymphatic system with lymphatic massage techniques. Finishing of course, with our signature Shiatsu Facial and address the facial and cervical region of delicate lymph nodes.
For optimal benefits: Avoid caffeine on this day and be sure to drink at least 16 ounces of water prior to and after your session. Also, for the next 3 days continue to drink more water than you usually do, eat healthy whole foods and walk as much as possible to continue the draining process.
