We recommend that you take a hot shower and drink at least 8 oz of water or clear liquids prior to your session. Proper hydration is essential because a hydrated soft muscle is easier to manipulate than a dehydrated, rigid one. Picture one of your muscles as a sponge; A dried-up sponge is hard and rigid but once it's submerged in water, it becomes supple.
Please refer to our Home Page where we have listed a detailed explanation of each modality. We will do a complete intake assessment prior to any Massage Therapy. Every session is customized based on your body's needs during your appointment.
We require at least a 24hr notice prior to make any changes to your appointment. Otherwise, there will be a full session charged as we reserved this time for you and have a waiting list.
