We recommend that you take a hot shower and drink at least 8 oz of water or clear liquids prior to your session. Proper hydration is essential because a hydrated soft muscle is easier to manipulate than a dehydrated, rigid one. Picture one of your muscles as a sponge; A dried-up sponge is hard and rigid but once it's submerged in water, it becomes supple. Please avoid coffee or caffeinated drinks at least two hours prior to your appointment so your nervous system can re-set during your session, and you can enjoy the full long-lasting benefits.
Please refer to our Home Page where we have listed a detailed explanation of each modality. We will do a complete intake assessment prior to any Massage Therapy. Every session is customized based on your body's needs during your appointment. If you are in pain, feel free to contact our office so our therapist can make a recommendation for you.
We require at least a 24hr notice prior to make any changes to your appointment. Otherwise, there will be a full session charged as we reserved this time for you and have a waiting list.
